These guys did a great job renovating my balconies for me. They did tiles and lighting and did a great job. Mitch understood the clean, modern, sophisticated look I was going for and made the vision come to light. Super happy about how it turned out.

Very happy with our new ensuite bathroom. Mitchell had brought it out of the 80's and into the new century. He is very knowledgeable about his products and we trusted his recommendations on all the tiles, fixtures, hardware, etc. He has good idea designs, and colours. He stands behind good quality workmanship. When shower floor tiles weren't installed to his standard, he re-did it right. It looks great!, big walk-in shower, can't wait to use it. He kept us informed the scheduling of work, and when it fell behind due to out-of-stock delays. We did go over budget with some additions, and were informed of them before hand. We look forward to fully using our ensuite the way Mitchell had intended. At the time of writing this review, there are still some final insulations for shower, and some final finishing touch ups. In hindsight we would have liked to see a detailed design plan, especially of the two-sink-vanity area. As it is one sink has very little counter space while there is too much for vanity area. All in all, our ensuite looks beautiful, especially with some dressing up compliments of Mitchell.

We Love Our New Bathrooms! After I gutted and rebuilt our two main bathrooms I contacted Mitchell to install the tile. My wife and I had already picked out the tile we wanted; a large and heavy 12" x 48" tile as the main tile and a ledge stone for a feature wall. All together about 400 sqft. Mitchel gave us a very reasonable budget to work with and would install the Schluter System in the shower and bath areas. Aaron came out to do the tile work. For the 2 weeks he was here he was like another family member! I was doing other parts of the overall house renovation and often we would break for lunch together like "old co-workers" He was meticulous in his work, very professional. One of the things we appreciated very much was that he would call in the morning to give us a heads up to when he would arrive...giving us a chance to get out of bed and have a coffee, before he did. When a problem or issue arose, he would communicate it immediately and we could find the best course of action rectify it. When we were finishing the shower we noticed that the cover plate for the shower valve didn't quite cover the hole in the tile. He said; "No problem." and broke out the tile and replaced it. All in all, we are very pleased with the work, the cost, but mostly the people. I wouldn't hesitate to ask them back when I do the basement bathroom!

We started our bathroom reno with an incompetent contractor. We had to fire him when it became obvious that he could put our condo neighbours and ourselves at risk. I phoned Mitchell Lucas, He promptly brought in courteous and skilled tradespeople to correct and complete the work. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished job. He was also extremely helpful in dealing with our first contractor. He was on top of the project daily and always returned our calls promptly. We are happy to recommend Mitchell and his team to anyone who wants a professional and stress free bathroom renovation.
